We have significant experience in all legal aspects of the Turkish mining industry including listing in Istanbul, equity financings in Turkey and international financial markets, project finance for mining projects located around the Turkey and other loan financings.
We also have deep, tactical knowledge of mine construction agreements, exploration and development agreements, mine permitting and closure plans, mining litigation, resource taxation, environmental compliance and anti mining issues.
Our Team Members of the Mining Department have been actively involved in issues and transactions through all stages of exploration, development and production (including the purchase and sale of mines and mineral product) and related environmental issues (including mine closure). We advise on negotiations with production financing, securities issues, bank financing, takeover bids, foreign investment, government relations and corporate social and responsibility issues.
