Mr Baran Umut Baycan has approximately 12 years of on-going experience in Law . He had started as the legal counsel of Park Holding A.Ş. and Merkez Yayın Holding. Then in 2005 he initiated his own office as Baycan Law Firm . Since then Mr. Baycan is the leading partner for Mining Projects, Project finance, Litigation, Construction, Media and Entertainment, Energy, Mergers and Aquisation.
