Ms. Esin Alay was graduated from Istanbul University School of Law in 1999. She was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2001. She was graduated from Istanbul Trade University Masters Degree on International Trade Law and European Union in 2006. Having worked as an advocate in Baycan Law Firm, she experienced with all areas of Corporate and M&A, Litigation, Labor Law, Mining Law, Administrative Law and Real Property Law.
